Why Power Interviews?
The critical role of every manager is to hire the right people for his organization. The trainer, Mr. Srinivasan Iyer, has conducted several interviews for many leading companies. His experience reveals that usually the interviewee is better prepared than the interviewer. This is because, for aspiring candidates there are several courses to prepare them for facing the interview, whereas there is no preparatory course/ training given to the interviewer. In the absence of formal training, interviewers have no option but to depend on trial and error methods and take decisions based on gut feeling and first impressions. This may cost dearly to their organizations, and result in high attrition rates.
As part of his consultancy assignments, Srinivasan also interviews more than hundred high performers every quarter using the behavioral event interview method. He draws upon his rich consulting and coaching experience and shares industry best practices with his audience.
